How Much Do Braces and Invisalign Cost | Insurance Made Simple

At Serino Orthodontics, we believe in full transparency—no hidden fees, no surprise charges, and no pressure. Our goal is to make high-quality orthodontic care affordable and predictable for every patient.

Whether you're exploring options for your child, teen, or yourself, we offer affordable braces and Invisalign with flexible financing and honest, all-inclusive pricing.

What’s Included in the Fee?

We provide one comprehensive treatment fee that covers everything you need from start to finish:

  • A custom treatment plan from Dr. Serino
  • Pre-treatment diagnostics (photos, x-rays, digital scan)
  • Braces or Invisalign treatment
  • All adjustment visits
  • Retainers
  • 12 months of post-treatment follow-up
  • Satisfaction warranty—we stand behind our results

Insurance Made Simple

Orthodontic treatment fees typically range from $3,200 to $8,000, depending on the complexity of your case and if braces vs Invisalign are elected as the treatment option.

During your free consultation, we’ll provide a clear breakdown of your recommended treatment and exact cost including your insurance coverage—so you can plan with confidence.

There are no hidden costs or surprise charges. You’ll know exactly what to expect before treatment begins.

We Accept Assignment of Insurance Benefits

We gladly accept assignment of benefits, which means you don’t pay upfront for the portion your insurance covers. We’ll file the claims and handle all the paperwork for you.

Most commercial dental plans with orthodontic coverage contribute $1,000 to $5,000 toward treatment. If you’re not sure what your plan includes, we’ll verify your coverage before your first visit.

Flexible, Affordable Payment Plans

We offer 0% interest in-house financing with low monthly payments. You can also use:

  • Health Savings Accounts (HSA/FSA)
  • CareCredit - Apply now!
  • All major credit cards

We’ll help you find a payment option that works with your budget—so cost never stands in the way of a confident smile.

No Insurance? We Can Still Help

Many of our patients begin treatment without orthodontic insurance. We offer flexible, no-interest monthly payment plans that make it easy to start treatment without a large upfront cost. Everyone deserves a great smile, and we’ll help you find a plan that fits your budget.

Discounts & Savings Opportunities

We automatically review all available family discounts and pay-in-full savings during your consultation—no need to ask. If there’s a way to save, we’ll make sure you know about it.

Patient Praise

“I really can’t say enough complimentary comments about Dr. Serino and his team. They worked hard to accommodate my insanely hectic schedule and to make treatment feel (almost) easy. Their technology makes getting molds painless. While medicine is never cheap, exceptional medicine at Serino Orthodontics doesn’t cost exceptionally high prices. I’m so pleased with their care and the results.” — M. Weeman, Google 5-Star Review
