Damon Braces
A fairly new technology that was formulated and invented by Dr. Dwight Damon, this new design takes traditional braces into the future. Elastic or steel ties are no longer needed with Damon braces because its key characteristic is the use of the Damon bracket which allows the dental wire to be able to slide back and forth within the bracket. This means that you will not have to visit your orthodontist as frequently since a minor amount of adjustments are needed with this type of braces. Damon braces are also known to cut down the amount of treatment time!
Invisalign
